Sectora provides a unified application security testing platform including:
- Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
- Secrets Detection and scanning
- Vulnerability management and reporting
- Security compliance monitoring
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only scan applications and systems you own or have explicit authorization to test
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Sectora's systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Scan third-party systems without proper authorization
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing beyond authorized scope
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sectora and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Data Handling
Scan results, vulnerability data, and reports generated through our Service are stored securely and belong to you. We process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling practices.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sectora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
